Step 1: Introduction

This step is the start. Karen tells you a little about herself and the 15 Step course called The WORD for ESL. Watch all 4 Parts and then decide if you would like to continue to the next step.

Karen helps us to understand Christian prayer and why it is unique.

Step 7: How does God guide us?

The Lord is our shepherd. He promises to guide us in right paths. Karen shows us five ways God guides His children.

Step 8: Who is the Holy Spirit?

People know very little about the Holy Spirit. This is the first of three steps about the Holy Spirit. In this step we begin to get to know the Holy Spirit.

Step 9: What is the work of the Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit works powerfully today. What does He do? As we study God’s Word, Karen explains the Holy Spirit’s work in the world and in the lives of God’s children. You will discover six ways the Holy Spirit helps you to grow spiritually.

Every Christian has an enemy. Karen encourages us to take the time to get to know who he is, how he attacks and how we stand strong.

Learn six ways to tell other people the wonderful news about Jesus the Messiah.

Step 13: Does God heal today?

Does God heal directly and miraculously today? Study the scriptures along with Karen and decide for yourself.

Step 14: What is the church?

There are many misunderstandings about the meaning of the word, “church”. God helps us to understand the true meaning by showing us five important names for the church. Do you know what these names are?

Step 15: What should we do?

Every day of your life is important. Karen introduces God’s instruction to you from the book of Romans as you complete this course. This is an opportunity for you to start a new life!
